Azerbaijan state budget revenue rises by 27% in the first quarter

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijanâ€™s state budget revenue was AZN 2.5 billion for January-March 2009, said up 27.1% from a year ago, said the State Statistical Committee.
The revenue section of the state budget was executed 92% during the first quarter.

According to the quarterly report, the budget expenditure forecast was executed at 97.9% or AZN 2.3 million, up 71,1% from a year ago.

The minister said the budget surplus reached AZN 174.6 million and budget-surplus-GDP ratio was 2.6%.
