Zamin Bank acheives 27% rise in assets

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. As of April 1, Azerbaijan-based Zamin bank posted its assets at AZN 136.403 million, up 26.7% from a year ago.

The bank said deposit portfolio doubled to AZN 66.255 million, loan portfolio increased by 28% to AZN 82.288 million, total capital increased by 8.8% to AZN 13.732 million and authorized capital stock stood at AZN 11.195 million.

Revenue rose by 61% to AZN 4.205 million and expenditure went up by 40% to AZN 3.408 million. Profit jumped by 4.4 times year-on-year to AZN 797 000.

The bank established 6 branches and 1 060 POS terminals over the past one year.

Established in 1992, Zamin Bank operates 25 branches, 6 offices, a representative office in Mosocw, 4 ATMs and 1 870 POS terminals across the country. Zamin Bank employs 405 people.
