Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. As at April 1, Melli Iran Bank Baku Branch posted its assets at AZN 29.897 million, down 32.4% on a year ago.
The Branch said deposit portfolio dropped by 1% to AZN 4.644 million, loan portfolio fell by 23.3% to AZN 5.965 million, consumer lending decreased by 39% to AZN 4.376 million, total capital dipped by 5% to AZN 11.304 million and authorized capital stood at AZN 10 million.
Revenue fell by 7.2% year-on-year to AZN 733 000 and expenditures more than doubled to AZN 717 000.
Profit plunged by 31-fold to AZN 16 390.
The number of employees increased 9% to 25 and average salary rose 44.4% to AZN 650.
Melli Iran Bank Baku Branch has been in operation since 1994.
