IBA-Moscow to launch the CRM system this year

Moscow. Roman Agayev, Vugar Israfilov - APA-Economics. IBA-Moscow, a Russia-based subsidiary of International Bank of Azerbaijan, is to launch Customer relationship management (CRM) system, which consists of the processes a bank uses to track and organize its contacts with its current and prospective customers.

Typical CRM goals are to improve services provided to customers, and to use customer contact information for targeted marketing.

Fuad Abdullayev, Chairman of IBA-Moscow, said the system will first be installed in the head office and then in branches.

In addition, the bank intends to expand its existing branches in St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg, and open a branch in Niji Novgorod.

He said the bank will increase the number of ATMs to 45 and POS-terminals to 250 in Russia.
