Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu on Friday morning informs that his Ukrainian counterpart, Denys Shmyhal, is paying a visit to Romania, APA reports.
"Today is an important day for us because we are welcoming the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal. We are going to discuss about regional security, in the context of the military aggression of Russia against Ukraine. We will also discuss Romania's efforts in ensuring the transit of the Ukrainian grains to secure access to food at the global level, and also matters related to the bilateral agenda like protecting the Romanian farmers and the rights of the Romanian minority in Ukraine," said Marcel Ciolacu, in the beginning of today's government meeting.
