Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba will travel to Baghdad on Monday, marking his first trip to Iraq since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, APA reports citing Teletrader.
During his visit, Kuleba is slated to hold talks with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohamed Shia al-Sudani and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein to discuss bolstering bilateral ties between the two counties and regional, as well as international matters.
The visit comes after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his willingness to develop relations with Iraq in all fields during a phone call with Prime Minister Sudani.
