And without that, of course, there is no membership issue to be discussed. We need to ensure that Ukraine prevail that's an absolute minimum for Ukraine to become a member of the alliance," said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg at pre-ministerial press conference ahead of the meetings of NATO Ministers of Defence in Brussels, APA reports citing NATO website.
