"Our relations with Russia have changed radically," NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said at a press conference, APA reports.

"Russia has moved away from the agreement signed between NATO and Russia in the 1990s, supporting dialogue between the parties. The work we have done over the years on dialogue and partnership is no longer exists. However, we want to continue relations with Russia, because Russia is our neighbor. Since we also should manage difficult relationships, there are issues related to risk reduction and arms control. However, the meaningful dialogue that we have been working on is no longer an option for Russia. "This country openly and grossly violated international law," he added.
