"Everything shows that the second phase of the war which will be more bloody, will start soon," said the NATO Deputy Secretary-General, Mircea Geoană in an interview with “Digi24” channel of Romania, APA reports.
"We are entering a more difficult stage, which differs in character from the first stage, covering a wider area in the south, from Crimea and Mariupol to the Donbas in the east," he noted.
