"We must rethink how to work with Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries," the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell told journalists, APA reports.
"Today we will meet the foreign ministers of the Eastern Partnership countries. The situation has already changed and we have to rethink how to work with these countries because 3 of these 6 countries appealed to the EU for membership, and 1 country has left the EU completely. These countries are different and we have to take this into consideration. As you know, since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, this is the first meeting of the foreign ministers of the "Eastern Partnership" countries and of course, we will also discuss the situation in Ukraine in detail," said Borrel.
