According to the member of the parliamentary majority, Beka Odisharia, the parliamentary delegation headed by Shalva Papuashvili will leave for Ukraine today, APA's bureau in Georgia reports citing Interpress news.
According to him, he has no right to talk about the agenda, route, or specific time for security purposes. However, when asked if it has been decided that the visit will take place today, Odisharia answers that the decision has been taken.
The members of the delegation are gathered in the office of the Speaker of the Parliament on technical issues related to the departure.
According to the preliminary information, a delegation consisting of eight deputies will leave for Ukraine. The delegation will be headed by the Speaker of the Parliament Shalva Papuashvili.
Papuashvili will be accompanied by three Vice Speakers in Kyiv - Davit Sergeenko, Archil Talakvadze and Levan Ioseliani, as well as MPs from various political groups: Vakhtang Megrelishvili, Ana Natsvlishvili, Khatuna Samnidze and Giorgi Khojevanishvili.
