Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, Catherine Colonna went to Georgia as part of her visit to the region, Georgian MFA said, APA's Tbilisi correspondent reports.
Reported that the French minister will hold a meeting with his counterpart Iliya Darchiashvili during his visit to Georgia, and later the parties will make a joint statement to the press.
Catherine Colonna is also scheduled to meet with Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili and President of Georgia Salome Zourabichvili.
Noted that this is the first visit of the French FM to Georgia since 2018.
