Permanent representatives of the 27 EU countries will continue talks on the morning of September 22 on an agreement that would lift sanctions on Russian businessmen Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman while extending restrictive measures on thousands of other individuals and entities for three years, APA reports citing Reuters.
According to one of his interlocutors, discussions of the proposed agreement are ongoing in European capitals, and a final decision has not yet been made.
