"The Armenian side fully agrees with the necessity of taking courageous steps," said Spokesman of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) Vahan Unanyan while commenting on the opinion of Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu on the importance of taking courageous steps regarding the normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations, APA reports.
MFA official has noted that the resume of air flights between Armenia and Turkiye has also been a significant bilateral step.
MFA Spokesman has reminded the Armenian Foreign Minister's participation in Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
"We are sure that the only way forward is taking consequent clear steps," he stressed.
MFA official has noted that Armenia has suggested Turkiye opening of the land border for diplomatic passport owners in the first stage: "We think that it will be a small, but meaningful, and most importantly a logical step. We hope that it will be possible to get a result on the issue."
