Air raid alert announced in Ukraine. Regional military administration of Kiev said earlier that an air alert announced in the capital. The department urged residents to hide in shelters. The danger signals were announced at approximately 03:13 Baku time, APA reports citing KyivPost.
Poltava, Chernigov and Vinnitsa regions were the first regions to declare an air alert, then danger signals were switched on in Kharkiv, Mykolayiv and Dnepropetrovsk regions.
The Russian Defence Ministry underlined that the strikes were carried out only against Ukrainian military and energy facilities and related infrastructure.
