Baku – APA. The Central Election Commission of Georgia continues vote counting. APA reports quoting “Novosti Gruzia” that the Central Election Commission counted ballots from 24,22% of the country’s polling station.( votes counted at 908 polling stations of 3766). In regards to the results Bidzina Ivanishvilli’s “Georgian Dream” has 53,02% of votes and United National Movement has 41,75%.The other parties couldn’t pass the minimum barrier of 5percent considered for the representation in the parliament on the proportional system.

Initial results put Georgia’s Opposition Ahead in 30 constituencies of 77 and the United National Movement is leading in 27 of 73 constituencies. The results of the 16 constituencies have not been announced yet.

77 deputies will be mandated on proportional system, 73 - on majority system in a new parliament.
