Volume of profit oil from ACG field announced

Baku. Yegane Lachinzade - APA-Economics. Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli field has produced 365 mln tonnes of oil and 107 bcm of gas so far, said the first Vice-President of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan khoshbakht Yusifzade.

According to him, currently, the field operates 88 wells, produced 90,000 tonnes of oil and 35 mcm of gas per day: “198 mln tonnes from 365 mln tonnes fall to share of profit oil. This profit oil increases year-by-year. For example, 22.5 mln tonnes or 70% from 34 mln tonnes of oil produced in 2014 make profit oil”, Yusifzade said.

SOCAR official also noted that 271 mln from 373 mln tonnes of oil, exported to abroad, are transported via BTC.
