Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. Turkey imported 4,997,000,000 cm of natural gas in January, 2015, the Energy Market Regulatory Authority of Turkey (ERRA) reported.
According to information, most of gas was imported from Russia. Russia exported 2,689,000,000 cm of gas to Turkey. Iran exported 810,000,000 cm of gas and Azerbaijan exported 577,000,000 cm.
In January, Turkey’s LNG imported made 920,000,000 cm. Of this, 35,045,000 cm was put up to sale, down 26.28% from previous year.
Natural gas consumption also rose 0.62% to 5,466,000,000 cm.
