SOCAR starts to use loans attracted for Star project - <span style="color: red;">EXCLUSÄ°VE

According to him, the loans agreement covers 18-year period: “Attraction of this loan is the largest project funding in Turkey. This fund will fully cover the project”.

Yavuz said that land works for construction of Star Oil Refinery completed and construction works started: “Construction of Petlim port has already started. Tank and equipment production started. The attracted loan will be used in all spheres of oil refinery”.

He noted that the project will be completed in March 2018: “You know TANAP also wil be completed in the second half of 2018. During this period, Petlim project will also be completed. As promised, SOCAR will be the second biggest company of Turkey in 2018”.

Yavuz noted that installation of plants to produce wind power energy in Petkim peninsula also started and the plant will be launched in 2016.
