Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) produced 535,600 m³ of gas in April 2016, down 7.03% compared to a year earlier, up 3.16% to April of 2016.
In January-May 2016 SOCAR produced 2,650,100,000 m³ of gas, down 5.40% compared to 2015.
SOCAR produced 543,100 m³ of gas in January, 504,400 m³ in February, 547,800 m³ in March and 519,200 m³ in April.
In May, total gas production across the country made 2,520,100 m³, up 2.66% from previous year, 1.83% from April.
