Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. State Oil Company of Azerbaijan is conducting negotiations with Korean ExIm Bank (The Export-Import Bank of Korea), said the SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev.
According to him, the nagotiations are already at the final stage: “You know that the project was funding by the state budget. As shortage in the budget, the government decided to attract extra fund. We are already working with Samsung and ExIm Bank and at the final stage of the negotiations. Most likely, we’ll agree by the year-end”.
