Azerbaijan to produce AI-95 gasoline in 2018

Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan will produce AI-95 gasoline in 2018, SOCAR Vice-President of Refining David Mammadov said.

“In order to meet domestic demand, a decision was passed to produce AI-92 gasoline since April, 2014. Demand for AI-95 is met by importing. This serves improvement of ecological environment. Because as you know, Euro-5 gasoline and Euro-5 diesel fuels are the purest fuels in the world. AI-95 is consumed by companies and rich people and this allows social return. At present, we produce AI-95 gasoline. AI-95 gasoline is exported by both our company and Azpetrol”, Mammadov said.
