In January-February of this year, products worth 684.2 million manat were produced and services were provided in the electricity, gas, and steam production, distribution, and supply sector in Azerbaijan. This is a 5.1% increase in an annual comparison, APA-Economics reports citing the State Statistical Committee.
According to the information, the volume of products produced in the water supply, waste treatment, and processing sector in the country during the reporting period amounted to 94.4 million manat, which represents a 4.3% increase compared to the corresponding period in 2024.
Recall that last year, products worth 3,137.3 million manat were produced and services were provided in the electricity, gas, and steam production, distribution, and supply sector, showing a 1.7% decrease compared to 2023.
Last year, the volume of products produced in the water supply, waste treatment, and processing sector during the reporting period amounted to 628.4 million manat, which is a 2.7% increase in an annual comparison.
