In January-June of this year, Azerbaijan has imported 75 407,71 tons of AI-95 gasoline (Premium) in the worth of 52,213 mln USD (AZN 88,763) from abroad, APA-Economics reports citing the information of the State Statistics Committee.
The volume of the imported gasoline has increased by 3 times, value by 2,3 times. In the first half of the current year, Russia was the main exporter of “Premium’ gasoline to Azerbaijan (60,8% of the total import). The country has supplied 31 342,6 tones of AI-95 worth USD 31,343 mln (AZN 53,282 mln), and this is 26,4% more in terms of volume in comparison to the same period of the previous year, and 44,8% more in terms of value.
