In addition, Severnaya Verf, the Zvezdochka Ship Repair Center, the Sredne-Nevsky and Butoma shipyards in Kerch, marine design bureaus including Almaz, Rubin, Lazurit, and Malakhit, as well as the Krylov State Research Center, aviation institutes and enterprises including the Zhukovsky Institute, the Chaplygin Siberian Scientific Research Institute, and the Nauka Scientific Production Association, subsidiaries of the United Engine Corporation — UEC-Perm Motors, UEC-Gas Turbines, UEC-Service — and other industrial enterprises, the Mytishchi, Naro-Fominsk, Orsk, and Ust-Katav railcar plants and other industrial enterprises, as well as clothing factories and light industry enterprises such as Odezda i Moda, were included in the EU sanctions list.
The individuals blacklisted by the EU were mainly executives of these companies. A separate list also included participants in State Duma elections in Crimea, Donbas, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia, as well as the Samolet construction company, which is alleged to have cooperated with North Korea.
