Azerbaijan imported $42 mln worth of pharmaceutical products last month

3 319,92 tons of pharmaceutical products in the amount of USD 41 958,43 dollars have been produced to Azerbaijan during January of the current year, APA-Economics reports citing the report of the State Customs Committee.

The value of the imported pharmaceutical products by Azerbaijan has increased by 38,7% in the first months of the current year in comparison to the relevant period of the previous year, while the volume of it by more than 3 times.

The import of those products to the country has decreased 8,7% in value terms in January of this year in comparison to December of the previous year, while in terms of volume, it has increased by 62,8%.
