The Permanent Mission of Azerbaijan to the OSCE has issued statement in connection with the decision taken by OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) to cancel the Election Observation Mission for the upcoming parliamentary election in Azerbaijan to be held on November 1, 2015, APA reports citing the statement of Mission.
