President Ilham Aliyev inaugurates new administrative building of Yasamal District Court

Baku – APA. President Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of a new administrative building of Yasamal District Court. APA reports that the Head of State has cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the building and became familiar with the conditions established there.

Minister of Justice, Chairman of Judicial-Legal Council Fikrat Mammadov told President Ilham Aliyev that Yasamal District Court, which serves 300 000 people, considers cases about 13 000 civil, criminal, administrative and procedural coercive measures every year.

The Head of State watched the stands showing the old and new buildings of Yasamal District, Nizami District of Gandja city and Gadabay Regional courts, as well as the projects of modern court complex developed within “Modernization of justice system” project funded by the Government of Azerbaijan and World Bank and implemented the Ministry of Justice.

It was said that the new building of Yasamal District Court had been constructed within “Modernization of justice system” project.

The Head of State expressed his satisfaction with the conditions created in the new building of Yasamal District Court, gave instructions and recommendations.
