APA reports that the rally has been authorized by Baku Mayor’s Office. The rally aims to protest against the results of the elections.
Musavat chairman Isa Gambar, APFP chairman Ali Karimli, presidential candidate of the National Council Jamil Hasanli, CPFP chairman Mirmahmud Miralioghlu and representative of EL Movement Eldar Namazov made speeches at the rally.
They demanded to abolish the results of the presidential elections and criticized international observation missions that expressed positive opinions on the election.
No incident occurred during the rally.
The Initiative Group of the Democratic Forces’ National Council has nominated Jamil Hasanli for presidency. According to the initial results of the Central Election Commission, Hasanli gained 5.53% of votes.
