APA reports quoting press service of the Ministry, the development of the current relations between the Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations and the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) of Korea, preparations for natural and technogenic situations and jointly benefiting from experience of both countries on effectively response to calamities were discussed during the visit.
Within the visit, a place for commemoration of persons dead as a result of sinking of Sevol ship has been visited in Seoul and flowers were laid.
Thereafter, a meeting has been held between the delegations of Azerbaijani Ministry of emergency Situations and NEMA.
Development of existing relations between these state bodies, perspectives of the cooperation and other issues have been discussed at the meeting.
