Azerbaijan's President signs order on marking 130th anniversary of Mahammad Amin Rasulzadeh

The order says: "January 2014 marks the 130th anniversary of Mahammad Amin Rasulzadeh, one of the founders of Azerbaijan People's Republic, chairman of Azerbaijan National Council.

Governed by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan Republic, with the view of marking the 130th anniversary of Mahammad Amin Rasulzadeh, great socio-political figure, who made great contributions to realizing the ideal of our people's independence, reviving the national state structure basing on the historical statehood traditions of Azerbaijan, spreading the national independence ideas, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. Azerbaijan's Ministry of Culture and Tourism together with Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Azerbaijan's Education Ministry and other relevant bodies are to work out and realize plan of events on the 130th anniversary of Mahammad Amin Rasulzadeh.

2. Azerbaijan's Cabinet of Ministers is to solve the related issues.”
