Ali Hasanov: â€œAzerbaijan will allocate funds for promoting Islamic morality, culture, combating Islamophobiaâ€

Baku. Mubariz Aslanov – APA. “Some international NGOs regard the situation in Muslim countries as chaos and anarchy. However, this anarchy and chaos emerged after they interfered in the internal affairs of these countries over the last 5 years,” said chief of socio-political department of the Presidential Administration Ali Hasanov addressing the event entitled “Strengthening NGO-Government dialogue" in Baku today, APA reports.

The department chief noted that Azerbaijan will also allocate grants for protection of interests and benefits of the Islamic world: “We will also allocate funds for promoting Islamic morality, culture, combating Islamophobia, because Muslims are unfairly disgraced around the world and are equated with terrorists. The governance in Islamic countries is unfairly criticized, while governance in most of these countries is better than in the European countries. We are following these issues.”
