SOCAR releases list of Rustam Ibrahimbeyovâ€™s relatives, in whose names he registered plots of land

According to information, SOCAR has been recently taking decisive legal measures against illegal constructions in the mining areas and zones of protection of the oil industry infrastructure: “These measures are being taken on legal basis and without distingishing the identity of individuals, unfortunately, some persons, who demand a special attitude towards themselves, protest against them. The land disputes related to Ibrahimbeyov, like in all other cases, have been completed with the court’s decision and the legal interests of SOCAR have been sustained.”

According to SOCAR, Ibrahimbeyov, in his interviews, claimed that he planned to use these plots of land for a great project on the development of film industry: “But the investigations found out that the plots of land were allocated by the groundless decisions of municipality for construction of private houses in the name of his wife Ibrahimbeyova Shohrat Salman, relatives Efendiyeva Lale Kamil, Efendiyev Erkin Orkhan, Guliyeva Vahida Hamid, Huseynov Shukur Huseynali, Hasanova Ulviyya Atamali, Hasanova Ulkar Atamali, Hasanova Parvana Gurbangulu, Guliyev Guliyev Vagif Farrukhovich, Hasanov Atamali Ehtiram, Guliyev Jamal Vagif, Imanova Naila Davud and Safarov Faig Firuz. Admitting that these lands actually belong to him, Ibrahimbeyov once more confirms that he obtained these territories illegally. He requires a special attitude to him and pretexts "great project for the development of cinema." Trying to introduce himself as an intellectual, he first should have respected the law and must not distinguish himself from the society.”
