Azerbaijani President issues order on application of law "On amendments to the Criminal Code"

APA reports that Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to prepare and submit to the President the proposals on the coordination of the laws and acts of President of Azerbaijani Republic to the law "On amendments to the Criminal Code", to ensure coordination of its normative legal acts with this law and report to the President within three months. The Cabinet has also been instructed to control the compliance of normative legal acts of central executive authorities with this law and report to the President and solve other issues arising from the law within five months.

Justice Ministry is to ensure compliance of the normative legal acts of the central executive authorities and normative acts with the law “On amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan” and report to the Cabinet of Ministers.
