The discussion of the current issues was started after the meeting was opened by speaker Ogtay Asadov.
Making a speech on the current issues, MP Musa Guliyev said that a special status must be given to the National Heroes. According to him, there are 211 National Heroes in Azerbaijan, 17 of them are alive and giving them special privileges can not create a serious problem.
Speaking about the visit of the delegation of some MPs led by chairman of Caucasian Muslims Board, Sheikh-ul-Islam Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh to Iran, MP Gudrat Hasanguliyev said that the delegation was able to bring the realities to the attention of Iran.
Following this, Hasanguliyev proposed to reconsider the issue of pensions of former MPs. The discussions are underway.
