We estimate this will,” said chief of socio-political department of the Presidential Administration Ali Hasanov addressing the meeting of the Public Council on Youth Affairs under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, APA reports.
The PA official said that it is planned to allocate more than AZN 100 million for the implementation of the state program on the youth policy.
Ali Hasanov stressed with regret that the foreign organizations use young people as means in slander campaign against Azerbaijan: “Sometimes foreign organizations cast aspersions on Azerbaijan, unfortunately, our young people are used as means in their slander campaign. They mislead some young people, distract them from the activity towards statehood, inveigle them into unhealthy anti-national activities through the grants financed by various dirty centers, basing on their information disgrace our state, nation abroad, distort the essence of the policy pursued by us. They want to create a precipice between the state-building and governance. If conscious young people do not react and resist to them, of course, they will target normal youth, too. Azerbaijan is a state that has fully ensured itself for 20 years. But the power of every state is measured with the will of its citizens. I am sure that if elected for a third term, President Ilham Aliyev will do more than planned for the solution of the youth problems, state management, family planning, provision of the youth with houses.”
