The chairman of the Great Order Party and the Culture Committee of Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) Fazil Mustafa was put forth as a candidate for the early presidential elections to be held in Azerbaijan, Fazil Mustafa told this APA in his statement that the decision on this was approved today in Supreme Assembly of the Great Order Party.
He said that his documents will applied to the Central Election Commission these days.
Note that on December 7, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree calling a snap presidential election for February 7, 2024.
