"We must create conditions for voters outside the country in the presidential elections," CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov at the meeting of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaian held today, APA reports.
He said that there are people who come to Azerbaijan as well as those who leave:
"150-200 thousand registration documents will be enough. Observers who apply to us are also reviewed by the relevant department. We do not raise their issue of accreditation at the commission meeting. When we give a rejection answer, we only take it to the commission meeting. According to the requirements of the Election Code, 3 bodies have the right to invite international observers. Parliamentary delegations covering the entire geography of the Earth observe our elections. We will send invitation letters to international observers in the near future. There will be a wide range of international observers in this election as well."
