Baku-APA. Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has today received the delegation headed by Chairman of Romanian Senate Nikolae Vacaroiu, the President’s Press Service told APA. The head of state said that the countries had good relations and expressed his satisfaction with the extension of the relations. Regarding the visit of the delegation of Romanian Senate as the example of high-level relations between the two countries, President Ilham Aliyev underlined that the visit was of great importance for extending both interparliamentary cooperation and bilateral relations.
Nikolae Vacaroiu said that the relations between the two countries were developing in various spheres. Chairman of Romanian Senate noted the necessity of increasing the efforts of the parliamentarians for strengthening Romania-Azerbaijan friendship relations.
