Azerbaijani Foreign Minister to pay an official visit to Kuwait

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will be on an official visit to Kuwait on January 20-21, First Secretary of the Foreign Ministry Press and Information Policy, Khazar Ibrahim, told the APA. Elmar Mammadyarov will discuss with his counterpart and other officials the relations between the two countries, the situation in the region and cooperation within the Islamic Conference Organization.
He will leave Kuwait for Moscow and hold discussions with Armenian Foreign Minster Vardan Oskanyan on the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict by the mediation of OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.
The ministers were to meet within OSCE Foreign ministersâ€™ annual conference in Brussels on December 5, but could not because of their working schedules. This will be the first meeting on Nagorno Karabakh conflict held between Azerbaijan and Armenia since Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Robert Kocharian met in Minsk. /APA/
