Azerbaijani Parliament holds last sitting within 2012 spring session

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov â€“ APA. The last sitting of the 2012 spring session of Milli Mejlis, Azerbaijani Parliament has been started today. APA reports that 34 items are included in the agenda.

The appointment of candidates to Supreme Court of Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan and 6 Courts of Appeal was put to vote.

Vugar Aliyev was elected to the post of judge of the Supreme Court of Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan.

As a result of voting in Milli Mejlis Kamaladdin Badalov, Togrul Aliyev, Ilgar Huseynov, Ismayil Khalilov, Ragib Gurbanov, Vidadi Mammadov, Nuraddin Mustafayev, Elshana Valiyeva and Jahangir Yusifov were elected to the post of judges of Baku Court of Appeal, Shamil Rzaguliyev to Ganja Court of Appeal, Vidadi Jafarov an d Telman Guliyev to Sumgayit Court of Appeal, Maharram Allahverdiyev, Etibar Jamalov, Tofig Heydarov and Nusrat Mirzayev to Shirvan Court of Appeal, Vidadi Gasimov and Humbat Salimov to Sheki Court of Appeal.

Besides it, completing their authority terms on June 28, 2012 the former judge of Garadag District Court of Baku Ismayil Khalilov was appointed to the post of judge of Baku Court of Appeal, former judge of Zagatala Regional Court Elchin Huseynov to Sheki Couth of Appeal and former judge of Sheki Court of Appeal Gazanfar Babakhanov to Shirvan Court of Appeal.
