APA reports that according to the changes, the domestic wastes must be threw to the urns. Throwing of domestic wastes aside from urns and keeping in these places was prohibited. The distance between urns in the administrative centers of the cities and region (exception city’s district) must not be more than 100 m.
According to changes, individuals will be fined AZN 20, public officers AZN 100 and legal entities AZN 500 for throwing of domestic wastes aside from urns and keeping in these places. Public officers will be fined AZN 500 and legal entities AZN 1000 not considering the distance, which was determined in the legislation, while placing of urn in the administrative centers of the cities and region (exception city’s district).
