APA reports that the “Statute on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan†and the “Structure of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan†were approved according to the decree.
According to the decree the Cabinet of Ministers was tasked to prepare the proposals on conformation of acts of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and submit them to the President within 3 months. Besides, the Cabinet of Ministers has to ensure conformation of its own normative legal acts to that Decree and inform the Azerbaijani President about it.
