Azerbaijani President signs order on 70th anniversary of famous singer and composer Muslim Magomayev

The order says that Muslim Magomayev had a great role in enrichment of Azerbaijanâ€™s musical culture. He had a unique voice and established the pearls of opera art forming the golden fund of vocal performance. He had a great role in the formation of new image of soviet estrade in 1970s.

The order tasks the Ministry of Tourism and Culture to prepare and realize plan of measures on the 70th anniversary of Muslim Magomayev, by taking into account the proposals of Azerbaijan Composers Union for the purpose of holding the 70th anniversary of Muslim Magomayev.
