Azerbaijani President participates in groundbreaking ceremony of Baku White City

APA reports quoting â€œAzerTAcâ€ that the Head of State and his family members came to Khatai district of Baku in order to participate in the groundbreaking ceremony. President was informed on work which was and will be conducted on â€œBaku White Cityâ€ project. It was said that the modern and great residential center will be established here. The administrative buildings, various trade centers, as well as boulevard joining the recreation parks and the new residential center with the sea will be built here. The Head of State became familiar with the plan of the project and inspected the cleaned territories and work.

It was noted that the preparatory works are conducted here for construction of new residential buildings. â€œBaku White Cityâ€ project was approved by the special decree of Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev. Local specialists and employees of the foreign companies participated in the developing of the project.

The Azerbaijani President and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva planted a tree in the territory. The Head of State delivered a speech at the ceremony.
