We expressed our final opinion. We observed the voting process in Moscow and didn’t see any serious infringement there. But there were some observers dissatisfied with the voting process in the regions”, chairman of the Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov said, APA reports.

Panahov said the Central Election Commission of Russia took necessary measures for holding elections throughout the country. “The commission created all conditions for the citizens to express all of their Constitutional rights. There were enough observers in the polling stations. The situation was generally calm in Moscow. But pro-opposition voices were heard. It is normal”.

Answering the question about the possibility of re-run elections in Russia, Panahov said: “According to my observations, I don’t believe that there is need in it. But it is Russia’s internal issue”.
