Azerbaijani Parliament changed Civil Code

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov â€“ APA. Azerbaijani Parliament made amendments to the Civil Code, chairman of Azerbaijani Parliament’s committee for legal policy and state-building Ali Huseynli said, APA reports.

Huseynov said that the amendment considered facilitation of property registration. According to the amendment, if there is incompatibility between the technical indexes included in public register of real esatate and real indexes, notary approves the order covering only legally constructed or purchased part of the property. This case doesnâ€™t afford ground for registration of the rights to real estate in the incompatible part.

According to the addition, immediately after the approval by notarial rulings, notary sends the data of main terms of real estate deal to the public register. The copy of the approved deal should be sent to the relevant executive authorities via the registered mail within two working days.

The amendments were approved after the discussions.
