Agenda of first meeting of Azerbaijani parliamentâ€™s autumn session made public

Rashad Suleymanov â€“ APA. 18 issues have been included into the plan of legislative measures of the autumn session of the Azerbaijani parliament, spokesman for the parliament Akif Tevekkuloglu said at the press conference dedicated to the opening of the autumn session 2011, APA reports. Tevekkuloglu said this figure can change, on the legislative initiative a number of draft laws are sent to the parliament during the session, this may cause the increase of the number.

The first meeting will be held on September 30. 27 issues have been included into the agenda of the meeting. The agenda of the autumn session, 14 intergovernmental agreements signed by the Azerbaijani government and a number of governments will be confirmed on the first day. Amendments to the Criminal Code, Civil Code, Code of Administrative Offences, laws on â€œConstitutional Courtâ€, â€œState dueâ€, â€œRegistration of real estateâ€, â€œSocial insuranceâ€, â€œEmploymentâ€ will be discussed.

The documents included into the state budget package of Azerbaijan will be discussed during the autumn session.

A number of new draft laws will be discussed during the session. Code of City building and Construction will be discussed in the first reading, the Competition Code in the third reading. Draft laws on â€œEducation creditâ€, â€œMilitary job and military serviceâ€, â€œHigher educationâ€, â€œScience policyâ€, â€œReport of municipalitiesâ€, â€œCultureâ€, â€œArt of mughamâ€, â€œProtection of the rights of the patientâ€ (first reading), draft laws on â€œSocial serviceâ€ (second reading), â€œRights and duties of detaineesâ€ (third reading) will be discussed during the session.
