Azerbaijan is the most powerful state in the region, Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan

The Head of the State noted that Guba Haydar Aliyev Center is perhaps the most beautiful among centers built in last years. The President of Azerbaijan touching the 20th anniversary of Independence of Azerbaijan noted that in 20 years Azerbaijan managed to extend its means hugely. â€œ20 years ago, during first years of independence there was a question, how would Azerbaijan develop? How it will be after 10 or 20 years? As you know first years of our independence were very hard for us in history. But after Great Leaderâ€™s coming to power in 1993, new era started in our country. Azerbaijan started to live as independent state and in the shortest time the situation was stabilized, economic decline stopped. Economic development started and investments were put in the country. Azerbaijan could take deserved place among the world statesâ€, said Ilham Aliyev, the President of Azerbaijan.
