Pension of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been instituted for people became disabled as a result of January 20, 1990 events, for strengthening their social protection and increase of state care. Sum of monthly pensions are:
I group of disabled - AZN150
II group of disabled - AZN130
III group of disabled – AZN100
The instituted pension is paid by means of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population.
The order will come into force on January 1, 2011.
